Almaty, Kazakhstan — February 18, 2025. Fitch Ratings has affirmed Jet Finance's Long-Term Issuer Default Rating at 'B' with a Positive Outlook, citing the company's consistent portfolio performance, strong capital generation, and disciplined risk management across multiple credit cycles.
The agency highlighted Jet Finance's proprietary risk-scoring technology, diversified funding base — including KASE-listed bonds, Mintos and Esketit distribution, and the Almavest facility — and its track record of maintaining loan-book quality through volatile macroeconomic periods in Central Asia.
"The Positive Outlook reflects our view that Jet Finance's credit profile continues to strengthen as the business scales, with improving diversification of both assets and funding sources," Fitch noted in its rating report.
