This policy explains which cookies Yusr Group (“we”, “us”) uses on yusr.group, why, and how you can control them. We keep it short: the site uses one analytics tool and no advertising or tracking pixels.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognise your browser on later visits and remember information such as a sign-in or a setting. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party cookies; cookies set by another service used on that site are third-party cookies.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies. The public pages of yusr.group work without them. We only set them in the content admin used by Yusr staff, to keep staff signed in securely.
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: how many people visit, which pages they read, how long they stay, which site or search brought them here, and their approximate country, device and browser. We look at this information in aggregate, to improve the content and structure of the site, and do not use it to identify you.
Marketing and advertising cookies. We do not use them. The site has no advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Type | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits apart so we can count unique visitors and returning visits. | Analytics | 2 years |
_ga_5S9Z4THJ2J | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of your current visit (session start, pages viewed). | Analytics | 2 years |
yadm | Yusr Group | Keeps Yusr staff signed in to the content admin. Never set for site visitors. | Strictly necessary | 12 hours |
yadm_oidc | Yusr Group | Protects the staff sign-in step against forgery. Never set for site visitors. | Strictly necessary | 10 minutes |
Links to our products, partner platforms (such as KASE, Mintos and Esketit) and social networks take you to other websites. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies.
3. Google Analytics and data transfers
Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google processes the information collected by its cookies under its own privacy policy; you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Google may process this information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where data from the European Economic Area is transferred, Google relies on an adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and choose to be told when a site sets one. Settings apply to each browser and device separately:
To stop Google Analytics on every website, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect how yusr.group works.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change. The new version applies from the date it is published on this page, shown at the top. If we start using cookies for new purposes, such as advertising, we will update this policy before doing so.
6. Contact and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.
For questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact us through the contact form.
