Whistleblowing

Silence is the only wrong answer

If you see something that breaks the law or our Code, tell us. Employees, former employees, customers, partners and suppliers can all report, openly or anonymously. You do not need proof, only an honest concern.

How it works

What happens after you report

Every report gets the same treatment, whoever it is about.

01

You report

Use any channel below. You can stay anonymous. Describe what happened, when, where and who was involved, and attach anything that supports it.

02

We register it

The report is recorded and passed only to the people who must review it. Anyone named in the report is kept out of the review.

03

We look into it

The facts are checked promptly, impartially and professionally. We may ask you for more details through the same channel.

04

We act

If a violation is confirmed, we stop it and take disciplinary or legal action. Where we can, we tell you that the review is closed.

Your protection

Reporting will not cost you your job

Confidential. Your identity and your report are shared only with the people who review it.

No retaliation. Dismissal, demotion, pressure or any other punishment for a report made in good faith is prohibited and carries liability. Tell us at once if it happens.

Good faith is enough. If your concern turns out to be unfounded, you are still protected. Only reports that are knowingly false are a violation of the Code.

Customer complaints about a loan, a payment or our service go through the contact form, where they reach the right team faster.
