yusr.group is operated by Yusr Holding Limited (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of the site. By using it, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information only
The site gives general information about Yusr Group, its companies, products, financial results and plans. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and we do not guarantee that it is complete. Figures are rounded and may be unaudited unless we say otherwise. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
3. Not an investment offer
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or an invitation to buy, any securities or other financial instruments, in any country. Bonds and other instruments of Yusr Group companies are offered only through their official offering documents and the platforms where they are listed, such as KASE, Mintos and Esketit, under the rules of those platforms and the laws of the countries where they are offered. Our consumer and business products, such as Jet Finance, Yusr Pay and Yusr Rent, are provided by the Yusr Group company licensed for them in each market, under that company’s own terms. A description on this site does not mean that a product is available to you or in your country.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, logos, images and documents belong to Yusr Group or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages and reports for your own information and quote them with a clear reference to the source. You may not copy, change or republish them for commercial use, or use our names and logos, without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms us or others. In particular, do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, interfere with how it works, send spam or malicious code through its forms, or collect its content with automated tools in a way that puts load on it.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to websites we do not control, such as listing platforms, partners and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the site.
